As a group complete 6 rounds of the kettle bell circut for time. Each person will individually perform 5 Kettle swings (sm. bell), 5 SDHP’s (med. bell) and 5 deadlifts (big bell) while the rest of the group completes as many sets of 30 skips and 1 lap sprints as they can before thier turn.

Post # of people in the group, group total time and individual best on # of sets of skipping and sprints.
