After “Odd Object” day. (Chad’s glory returns!)
CrossFit Edmonton News: This Saturday May 26th, Auty will be the only coach for the morning classes. Chad will be in Edmonton leading the warm-up for the Weekend To End Breast Cancer Warm-up Walk. For this reason the 9am Adult class will be combined with the CrossFit Kids Program. If you are not a parent of the kids we encourage you to come to the 8am Adult class. This Saturday is also the last CrossFit Kids class for this session. Starting next week, Saturday June 2nd, there will only be one Adult class running at 9am until CrossFit kids resumes again in July.

Well!! I do have trouble counting these rounds. I will take a stab though and say 14.

11 rounds in total. Only 4 rounds on “fun side”,and not because I chose so. Hand & eye coordination obviously requires more practise.

Chest was hurting today, but not too bad considering I was sick all week. I didn’t mind this one.

Thanks Chad for advice on how to get the baseball through the ring…more chances to do the obstacle course started happening when I followed through with the strategy!
