Disscusion 21 – Hamstrung

In the July issue of the CrossFit Journal there was an article called Hamstrung written by Kelly Starrett who is a physical therapist and owner of San Francisco CrossFit. This article talks about the importance of flexibility not just for range of motion in a joint but for actual performance gains. Whether or not you’ve read this article I’m sure you’ve dealt with flexibility at one point or another.
