Total Thrusters = 48 Total SDHP = 50
Thanks for the video feedback Chad. It’s helpful to see what we are doing. Maybe the new facility needs walls of mirrors 🙂

IMHO Mirrors are generally a disappointment Video provides excellent feedback.

I am thinking I probably could have used more weight on the bar but given pulled muscle in back , backing off a little was good.
