Team WOD
(No Time Cap)
5 Rounds of:
Row
10 Burpees
10 Box Jumps
10 Kettle Swings, 55lbs
Rest Station
One person rows while the other four team members complete all four of the other exercises. Rotation between the exercises cannot be done till each person is done all 10 of their reps. The score for this workout is the amount of meters rowed over the time taken to compete it.

Great effort on all the teams! Nice to have visitors. I think we should go visit them.
I am sad that I didn’t finish this workout. First time. Now, my self esteem will be crushed. —> Must drink tequilla to feel better

wow I didn’t even finish the first round…THAT’S embarassing. I haven’t felt a wave of nausea like that since, well, ever.

Thanks to our Vancouver Visitors (and Rob) for coming out for a workout.
My Team was:
Me, Lisa D, Rob, Tannys, and Sandra.
We rowed 3825 meters in 17:52 for a score of 218.
Nice work guys!!
Rowing felt great on the quads and periformis. Burpees too!!! Especially the dynamic eccentric loading on the chest.. very nice.

Just want to say good job to all today. Bruce, you see defeat, I see inspiration. The motivation and determination that all CrossFit members bring to the table day after day is what inspires me to work harder as a coach. If you work so hard you want to puke, die or passout you have accomplished a tremendous feat that most others will never achieve.
