Shoulder/neck really sore. Managed 1 x bw + 10 lbs., but did 1 x bw + 25 lbs. last time – no way today. Need to build up slowly again.

Pull ups – I did one round of 3 with the purple band. Really wish I had a longer neck so it was easier to get my chin over.
