Lame kipping/strict pullups. Felt pukey from this today. I think torso twists would be better than pullups – we really don’t do enough abs in CF! 😉

I would rather not look at the website before I come but will come with more clothes in my car closet next time

Felt faster, but headwinds were not fun. At least it wasn’t snowing yet.
Loved the group warm-up, med ball clean/Jerks are my favorite.

Pull ups with the green band.
I didn’t find the running very fun…I don’t know why maybe it was the blistering 40 mile an hour winds…or maybe it was my thighs rubbing together and almost catching on fire or maybe it was the snot dripping from my nose…who knows…
Overall I guess it was pretty wicked awesome workout!
