PP 25lb x 2 or 30’s when available.
sq clean – 1st round (65 lb)…got caught and MADE to do 85 lb…holy god! But I did do it (really slow) and with both coaches help…thanks guys.

Did .com DL x3 grinder today.
Got up 385 x3.
365 x3 was my old PR and 375 was my old 1RM PR. Felt good!
Wasn’t planning on going heavy but the weights just kept going up easy.

Really liked this WOD – no muscle left untrashed! 🙂
6 rounds less 5 pp.
Rx’d – at least as rx’d as the pullups get for me – did them with underhand grip today. Worked better & got better height.
Squat cleans – some quite solid, but like everything, still a work in progress – remember to catch to go right down into squat – catching too far forward.
Totally ran out of gas at about 25 minutes. Had to do squat cleans by ones. PP’s were the hardest.
Natasha, you were inspiring today. You really dug for it. And Chad, you made those second two reps of the PR look easy (well, maybe not easy, but man, they were solid!).

Felt weak and feeble. hated every moment of the PP’s, 85lb squat cleans, 35/30lb PP

DNF (6 rds plus squat cleans Rx). Still need a bit more height on PU’s but, the lack of skin on my palms shows I did try.
I can pretty much mimic Sandra’s and Elizabeths comments. PP’s worst for me, and SQ’s were 1 rep at a time right from the start.
