“Fight gone bad”
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The stations are:
- Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
- Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
- Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
- Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
- Row: calories (Calories)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,†the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

“Fitness” Room workout in LV:
Nowhere to do pullups (and not even a kids playground or anything), no mats for situps so had to improvise. Lots of machines and mirrors so that I could watch myself doing a whole lot of nothing. They actually have db’s though, so I decided to do 30 Manmakers for time. Found it very hard, felt like I could barely get though it. Disgusted with my time of 21:30 compared to 15:28 last time at CF, THEN found out that I did 30 lbs. this time (thinking that was rx’d) when it should actually have been 25!! Feel a bit better now, was very grrrr before.

Also, since there were no dowels and noone to talk to, I found it hard to warm up properly.
