Hey guys,
Sorry for using this space for my own advertising, but I wanted to make sure everyone knows about CrossFit Lineage’s grand opening this Saturday. Two WODs, one at 10, one at 11, and plenty of CrossFit social time. Come down if you can. Everyone is welcome to attend. Thanks much!!

If any one wants to head down to CrossFit Lineage this Saturday we will be meeting here at CrossFit Edmonton at 10 am and leaving around 10:15. 9 am class will run as usually but if you want to come and support Cam and Chris’s new box come and check it out with us!

4 and 5 – full rope climbs! (PR) – finally overcame my fear!

Happy with progress today. Figured out that I start to panick when the rope starts to move (twisting, slight swaying) I prefer to pick a spot on the wall and stare at it while I go up (not scan the room)…. coming down is a whole different story though. I wish I could jump all the way down. Now I know why the instructions said to bring a long sock. Also love the poster.

35 lb weighted push up… could have been heavier… remember for next time. Did not do rope climb… instead flipped the huge tire back and forth across room just for fun!

Push ups – got two 10 lbs weighted push ups at about 2/3 of the way down. Practiced with the assisted push up bands and kissed the ground 9x in a row. Have never actually done a push up that low and it felt good. Hopefully with practise I will get it.
Started with laying down and pulling body weight up the rope, got the grip on the rope once. Ropes are mean to hands.
What is Crossfit Lineage? (sorry, I an=m new here).

well I did it the 1st full pushup from my toes since blowing out my shoulder last spring skiing. HOLY COW then Natasha made me put on weight – yipee got to 15 lbs 🙂 my lower back gave out before my shoulder.
