“Cardio Day”
I’m sure most of you had a “Cardio Day” if you were ever a member at a Globo Gym. It was probably after “Back and Tri’s Day” and before “Leg Day”. Now that you’re in CrossFit, what do you think it means??? We’ll leave it open for interpretation and stick with the CrossFit Motto of being prepared for the unknown and the unknowable. GET SOME!Â
This is how you GET SOME on your First Birthday!
Sunday Class:Â If you have not responded yet we would love to know whether or not you’d be able to attend a Sunday class. By the response so far we’ll likely start a class at 10am. Potential date for our first Sunday class will be March 1st.

Someone had written an extra “1” in front of the rep scheme on the board and Chad didn’t catch it and I thought I had to do 100 more reps than what it actually was. This is a funny story but it really affected my performance. I went through almost the entire workout feeling almost hysterical because I haven’t been feeling all that hot lately to begin with and I could not comprehend how I was going to do the huge # of reps I thought I had to do. I wasted a lot of energy in this place and didn’t go as hard as I would have otherwise because I was also pacing myself for a longer haul. On the bright side – all of a sudden I was finished!

No one has been told not to say anything, they just chose not too. I think that they all enjoyed the surprise of “Cardio Day” so much that they don’t want to ruin it for anyone else.
The Latte comments do come pretty close to spilling the beans though…
