75 lbs
Was pretty easy could have gone heavier

Unusual for an untimed WOD, but DNF.
95 lbs. – 13 reps
85 lbs. – 7 reps
85 lbs. – 7 reps
Decided to go for 95. Had nothing left after this, totally did in my grip strength, and 7 at 85 was most I could manage after this. Didn’t rest enough after first round. 90 probably would have been manageable. Really glad I went for it though.
Chad said PJ’s looking much better. Next time – focus on touch & go at bottom – bring weight all the way down – don’t “catch” and then lower – faster & easier on forearms. Also focus on bringing weight back to the shoulder rack after the PJ. Can rest slightly in this position before touch & go.

15 – 55 lbs – too light
12 – 60 lbs
9 – 65 lbs
There’s my starting point for the next “Gwen”

70 lbs, I did it! It was hard. Felt like puking after the 12 but pulled through.
Mar 12, 2009 @ 12:02:09
85 lbs
Next time 95. Technique needs practice.

Completed at 105 lbs. I have never done this workout before so I had no baseline. I think I could have gone at least 10 lbs heavier but it certainly would have been a grind. I should have a better idea the next time we do this.

65 lbs…. could have gone heavier with better thought out technique. Found it easier to go faster on the last round…. just touch floor and go… rest on shoulder rack and not in the hang position.

55lbs could have gone to 60 YAY – respectful showing in time as well.

Poor judgement on start weight (went against Auty’s suggestion)
80 1b for 15
90 lb for 12
95 lb for 9
start at 95 next time
Mar 12, 2009 @ 17:15:28
Attempted 135, only got to 6
125 x 15
125 x 12
125 x 9
Very tough WOD. Thanks for the push on more weight Auty. Great energy at the 5 o’clock class

75 lbs for all reps – too light
Next time try at least 85lbs.
