I agree with Laura on the Snatch, I do not like it either. Too many ways to smash the bar into my body.
I slowly got up to 55lbs and did 2 sets of three, the other 3 sets were at 50lbs.
The technique was hard for me to get. I guess for next time I need to think about getting the bar over my knees before pulling and shrugging and trying to figure out some way to drop under the bar way-way faster into the squat. A few of them felt okay but most of the time something was off.

had major problems with my balance landing in a full squat. Found it easier to finish the squat after a minor adjustment.

Attemtd to lift 35lbs, Oh my god. I must be the most uncoordinated person here. I ended up doing my snatch with the bamboo pole. I could not get the routine at all
