Really focused on technique over volume, keeping core tight, probably some of the best cleans I have ever done. Going to change my whole program, have been focusing on max reps for the longest time and now I’m going to move that to technique first and foremost.

Just reread my post, needs clarification – only got to 50 lbs on right side, not both
I am pretty happy with this. Wrists were limitting factor on push jerk, should have readjusted grip and not kept elows up for this as I was told afterwards.
Turkey Get Upz: 15, 20, 25, 30 right and left, failed at 35 on right and was too tired to try again.
