A BIG shout out to everyone who contributed to my bday gift-thank you all so much.
Crossfit has given me so much more than just physical benefits, but really grateful for all the amazing friends I’ve made as part of this community.
You guys are the best-thank you for helping me make it through my 40th bday!
Just a suggestion…..next crossfit social as a Rockband party? Could set up bands and have a competition-anyone else game?

Running was horrible today. Tired but oh well, wanted some exercise. Single unders with some double under attempts…. mostly just ended up making rope welts on my arm which was a little puzzling to the parents at the Star Wars birthday party the kids went to this afternoon. 😉
