PR Tracker
CrossFit Edmonton in conjunction with Chris Huisman have created a website for tracking all of your personal records (PR’s) in one location. You can use this to get a history of your PR’s for benchmarks and exercise WOD’s. Create an account at the PR Tracker Website and know exactly where you stand and how you’ve prgressed with all your PR’s.
June 50/50 Fitness Challenge
CrossFit Edmonton will now be hosting a fitness challenge every single month. There will be a $10 buy in for all participants for a 50/50 prize. 50% goes to the winner of the challenge and 50% towards new equipment for the gym. The first challenge will be a Pushup Challenge. I would just like to say what a great time I had at the cert this weekend. It was time well spent with you all! Yay team shockers! 🙂 I would also like to take a moment to really thank Auty and Chad for excellent coaching standards. It’s nice to know we have coaches that are determined and passionate about educating us on proper technique, intensity, nutrition etc… The care and concern they focus on us is another difference that separates us from Globo gym. Your superior coaching styles and the positive atmosphere you have built make Crossfit Edmonton the best box to work out in!

The cert was great – I would definitely recommend it for any CrossFitter. I think one of the main things I came away with this weekend was “wow, we have great coaches!” In all of the sessions about technique, fundamentals, etc., there was nothing that I hadn’t heard (often many, many times 🙂 ) before.
I completely agree with your comments Yvonne. We are really fortunate to have such committed coaches.

I completely second what Y-vo & Sandra have said. Chad/Auty to put it blunty, you two kick ass. I am so glad that I particiapted in the cert and I felt completely comfortable the entire time because I have been taught so well. Pat on the back gentlemen.

Also had a great time at the cert on the weekend and to reiterate the thoughts of Y-vo, Sandra and Lisa… we have awesome coaches at CrossFit Edmonton. Thank you Chad, Auty and Suzanne for your dedication! I felt confident about my technique during the sessions.
