TOD:
There are 10 general physical skills:
Cardio respiratory endurance
Stamina
Strength
Flexibility
Power
Speed
Coordination
Accuracy
Agility
Balance
Which is your strongest?
Which is your weakest?
Which do you think you spend the most time working on?
Jun 12, 2009 @ 20:07:03
Teehee.. anyone who has seen me even try and walk would agree that I lack coordination, accuracy, agility and balance. I don’t spend much time training those areas but also need to focus more on flexibility.
Jun 12, 2009 @ 20:27:36
Hmmm…I would say strongest would be strength. Weakest I think would be coordination, although I’m not sure if it would be that one – whatever one involves me not being able to properly kip swing and not open up my hips properly in cleans & jerks. Yeah, probably coordination. I now probably focus the most on this one (or at least spend the most time thinking about/practicing) as I realize that I need to improve most in this area. I also need to focus more on flexibility.

Sandra,
From a coaches perspective I’d have to say your Accuracy with that post is 100%.
Jun 13, 2009 @ 07:01:27
Since I am last at everything, I would think my speed is at the low end. Also, I don’t think I would be world ranked in either flexibility or agility. Stregnth and power are okay. I would like to improve in the press/pp/pj and related movements.

Chad you forgot to mention blind will and determination. That is what I am good at, everything else is my weak spot.
Jun 13, 2009 @ 10:25:09
This was my first saturday class back, great to see everyone, thanks for the WOD. Have I mentioned that I missed Xfit and that it is GREAT to be back.

Not as bad as I thought it would be.
Paul, we really had hoped for a little worse performance from you given your extended absence.
Jun 13, 2009 @ 11:41:37

Someone had to make sure no one was left behind!
Was Paul there today? I didn’t notice.
Jun 13, 2009 @ 13:18:07
The guy wearing the muumuu and a fat guy hat was Paul?
Jun 13, 2009 @ 14:21:06
No the fat guy suit. The “hat” was just my bald spot reflecting in the sun.
Jun 13, 2009 @ 14:42:05
14:05
Running is hard…but not near as bad as it use to be!
Jun 13, 2009 @ 14:47:42
Oh well, I couldn’t really focus on what you were wearing. I was too busy trying not to slip on your trail of melted lard you left outside. We missed you P! 🙂
Jun 13, 2009 @ 16:04:07
Paul, I think the old man bald spot went well with the 630 CHED blasting from the convertible.
Jun 13, 2009 @ 16:52:40
Back in the day, CHED rocked it!
