after round 5 mod the RPU… wasn’t getting the proper depth anymore. HPS were fast. Thanks Lisa for making me show up! 🙂

Rx’d however, snatch technique needs improvement.

I think I may add the snatch to my goat list. Remember to keep a really wide grip, even though it feels awkward. I liked the ring push ups. Y-vo, I’m glad I showed up too. Tee Hee!
Tougher WOD’s for me this week! mmm . . . now 4 days of rest by the pool.
