Sigh….
Met goal of OHS unbroken. Spent at least 2 minutes in various stages of freaking out over box jumps – standing around, jumping half-way, stepping up, etc….so about the same time as last time, but would have been sub-20 if I had just done the freakin’ box jumps without all the drama in my head!!! Darn CrossFit – there’s always something!!! 🙂
Like Chad’s idea of tag-teaming this WOD – me on OHS, him on box jumps. Thanks for the “you’re a ninja” encouragement Jen – it really helped! 🙂

Had five rounds done at just before 30 minutes. Felt better than last time. After the first round I remembered some things from the cert, keep arms at full lockout with shoulders tight, this stopped the weight from wobbling. Like Carol I too did 10 then 5 until the last 2, then somehow got 12 and 3, goal to do unbroken next time, esp because it would take so much less energy if I did not have to pick the weight off the groud as much. Box jumps were okay today.
Watched the video, it was awesome. Brought a tear to my eye! Something must be wrong with me if the Games video gets me choked up. I guess I just love crossfit.
Good job on the box jumps Sandra! Just pretend you are a ninja and then they are a peice of cake!

First WOD I haven’t finished in a long time. I swear I damn near cry everytime I do OHS! So physically & mentally tough. Get out of my head!! Blah, Blah, Blah . . .

Still can’t use any weight for ohs substituted 25 with dowel, tried with 35 lb bar but kept tipping forward and wrist stil hurts. Managed to do the prescribed box jumps, 5 out of 6 times was able to perform 15 in a row
