July 50/50 Fitness Challenge:
Only 3 days left of this Months Challenge! Please make sure you get timed by Friday night July 31st at the latest to have a chance to win this months 50/50 Challenge. We still have a tie for 1st place and a handful of people hot on their heels!

Kick Start to The Zone Course:
Our first run of the One Month Kick Start into The Zone will start on Sunday August 16th at 6pm.  It runs for 4 weeks with a total of 5 meetings on Sunday evenings. The last meeting will be on September 13th. You need to be able to attend all of these meetings to join this program. If not then I’d suggest waiting until next time. There is a limit of 10 people in the program and we already have 5 signed up. The cost is $150 for members and $200 for non-members. This includes all the meetings, log book for the entire month, custom Zone programing for your specific needs, recipes, on-going support and group accountability to help you find Your Zone.
