This is the first workout required for the August 50/50 Fitness Challenge. You must complete this workout by Sunday August 9th to have a chance at winning the Cash Prize. If you don’t make it in today you can still perform this workout any other day this week. However, please understand that any classes that are going on will have priority over the space and equipment.
