WOD 3 of the August 50/50 Fitness Challenge:

“CrossFit Total”

Back Squat
Press
Deadlift

3 Attempts at a 1 rep max for each exercise. Total is the best of all 3 exercises added together.

Post body weight, individual bests and total to comments.

***Special Note***
For the August 50/50 Challenge scoring, your score will be calculated based on your Total divided by your Body Weight. Your body weight must be taken by a coach immediately before your Total in exactly what you’ll be wearing for the Total. (Scoring Example: BW = 150lbs. BS = 160, P = 95, DL = 2225, Total = 480. 480/150 = 3.2. The Challenge Score for this example would be 3.2. Ranking will be based on this score)
