155 lb DL-deadlift felt good today-strong
ohp with 25 lb dbs to get full range of movement, since not improving to half range hsup’s
planned to do half db ohp + half hspu, did 14 ohp first set of 21, went to do hspu…no power
better to try next time what Lisa did-1st round hspu’s next round ohp, last round hspu’s

50 x Double Unders (w/ weighted skipping rope)
20 x Pushups (last set on knees for last 10)
20 x Box (3 tires) Jumps
20 x (Burpies first round, then switched to dips for last 2)

Bruce. You should of tried 20 second brush painting and 10 second beer break. More enjoyable. Not too productive, but who cares.
