Perform one Tabata round for each of the following:

10′ Wall Ball 20/16
SDHP 55/35
Box Jump 20″
Push Press 35/25 Db’s
Body Row

Post total reps for each exercise to comments.

A Tabata round is 8 continuous sets of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes. Rest 30 seconds (or 1 full Tabata set) between each exercise.
