A ring substitution for L-Sit Pull ups.

14:04 – actually faster than last time! I am amazed….
I don’t really find this a challenging WOD, so I like to throw in a LOT of single unders just to bulk it up a bit…;)
Keep arms closer to body at sides & turn rope fast – could get a pretty good double-double-single-single rhythm going like this.

First round of 50 DU almost consecutive, round of 40 DU could not get the rythm. Sit ups were slow today. Goal for next time, no breaks on sit ups!

All DU’s unbroken. Happy about this. Sit ups felt slow today, probably ‘casue they were.

Wanted to be sub 10… came in at 10:02…. double unders felt really good… did 28 consecutive… that is a record for me… have to remember to slow down and get into the rhythm…. will practise the last drill…1 double under, skipping, then 2 double unders, skip… till 10. That should help!
Sit ups.. next time do with weights to anchor feet and see if that makes a difference.
