223 I think
Box step ups – back problem.
10 ft. wallballs make a huge difference. Definitely not hitting CF Games standards on those.
Haven’t done anything this intense for a very long time. Not so bad with everyone there. Great job!

Have a lot of trouble with accuracy with 10′ wallballs – 8 foot one of my strongest stations so really dropped there
Had wallballs and SDHP (my weakest station) right at the end – not a good order for me
Rep counter for Karen and Cam – phenomenal jobs both of you!

Sep 26, 2009 @ 19:31:04
450 something. Or around there I think. Either way its well below my PR.
Sep 26, 2009 @ 19:58:56
Did it yesterday since I unfortunately had to work today.
Got 187
First FGB. Did it in order.
Some trouble on the wall balls (16lbs, lots just below the line), of course. Loved SDHP 55lbs, box jumps felt good, PP at 55 lbs was at a very tired place for me and rowing was good.
Still coughing from yesterday. I think I broke my lungs. Next year I will try to make sure that I do not have to work this day so that I can do it wa the group.
Great job everyone!
