Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

Starting this Sunday October 18th is our next nutrition bootcamp! This is a 4 week kickstart into learning how to eat properly and fuel your body to live a healthier lifestyle.
