Combination of step-ups onto box+25lb plate, step-ups & one-foot take off box jumps.
Back sore, so decided to do step ups, but wanted to throw in a few box jumps – these totally freak me out in this wod (maybe leg & back fatigue from squats), so attempts were all without doing a 2 foot takeoff. Did a couple fine after the wod. As Chad said, it’s all in my head, so I think I just need to find a way to come to CrossFit and leave my head at home :).

Had some trouble getting the hang of the OHS exercise. By the last round or two I felt a lot more comfortable with the movement.
Trusting yourself in holding the bar almost behind your head to maintain balance is key I found. Definitely not a movement I’m used to.
