Pullups:
Approached this badly (started too heavy). Holding for the second at the top made more of a difference than I thought it would. 10 would definitely have been doable as second or third round. Next time, start at 5 & go up from there.

Hip Extensions:
Thought it was 5 rounds. Third round had trouble getting adjusted – didn’t worry about it too much as I thought I still had a couple of rounds to go anyway. Probably would have pushed a little harder if I had realized it was the last round. I know, I know, Chad, I should be going all out every round…..:)

black band with kip – hold at top and 3 seconds down
Can’t do more than 3 strict pullups in a row so worked on weighted kip and got up to 17.5 lbs x 5

5x rings, hold 1 sec at top and 3 second decent
