Dip Drives: interesting movement. Focus on keeping body with the bar. Worked up to a heavy-ish feeling set, though didn’t feel like a max. Did something to already sore back, though & now having trouble bending, squatting, etc. See how it feels next time & maybe go lighter to reduce impact.

No, I’m definitely not. I was sooo looking forward to coming to work because i was sitting in front of a computer all day today. Get here and the old ancient browser doesnt support the live feed. I’m heartbroken haha

dip drives 105 x 10-these were really fun!
wod-forgot to bring my paper home-forget about posting with the wods back up, so here’s my best guess:
pullups 6 rx’d + 18 black band
lunges 155
box jumps 65
hang clean w/push press 35-65 lbs

Barbell Dip Drives 5×10, very easy at first, then got hard
35×10, then 45, 55, 75, 85, 105, 115, 125, 135, 145. Definately start higher next time.
HPC to PP: 16+18=34
Strict Pull ups: 10+13=23 black and purple band
Box Jumps 1st, then step ups 2nd:24+45=69
Lunges:58+59=117
