Although it took a long time to write down what to do, it didn’t seen to take very long to do it. The 6 minutes went by fast each time.
TGU: 22 with 25# DB
KB Complex: 9 with 25# KB
MB Complex: 6+3 with 16 # MB
BW Complex – Burpee Pullup/HSPU: 10 with 3 ab mats.
My ideal weekly schedule would include sleeping in, 9 am crossfit work outs, with massage, mani-pedi every day, then more naps and walks with Jasper. No time for work, except maybe a volunteer half day. That would be ideal, maybe if I win the loto, if not, work work work it is!

QOD: Jennifer: That sounds great! Count me in for the sleep, Crossfit, and massage. I would add (assuming no work) a couple of coffee breaks a day and work on a course so I can be smarter than I already is.
