Chose Elizabeth (squat clean version): 13:07 rx’d. Last time I did this I did power clean version & time was 17:04, so pretty happy with today!

Wow just looked back and previous Angie’s were never rxed, so first time rxed and knocked about 14 minutes off my time. Also was just a little shakey after, didn’t feel like puking and dying like I did the last 2 times I attempted it. I big time think that clean eating and losing weight has made such a difference to me on these benchmarks this week. Power to Paleo!
