That was brutal. Did Elizabeth Sunday & just had nothing today for ring dips – 3’s & 2’s from the first round. Probably should have gone to a band. Could only manage 2 rounds of OHS unbroken – shoulders just too fatigued.

Power Clean: 200×4 couldn’t get that last one, even walked away and came back to it.
WOD:14:24rx. I heard some cracking in my shoulder and then instain pain/cramping, Y-vo I may need to come see you. This week I learned that if you rob a store at knife point and then attack the cops, when they fatally shoot you ppl will be on the news saying how you were such a great person. In my opinion it’s natural selection still at work
