6 Burpee Pull ups
10 SA Power snatch 50/35 lbs db

Partners, alternate components of the circuit

Eg: 1st person runs, 2nd person runs, 1st person does 6 burpee pull ups 2nd person does 6 burpee Pull up, 1st person does 10 power snatches, 2nd person does 10 power snatches. This equals 1 round, repeat for 20mins
