We are very excited about the opportunity to incorporate all the fun and fitness we have at CrossFit Edmonton into the lives of your children. The following is some basic information about our programs and some things that you should know prior to signing up.

CrossFit Kids is NOT a scaled down version of CrossFit. The CFK program is in existence to introduce children to the benefits of functional movement in a safe, healthy and FUN environment. We cannot emphasize enough the importance of HAVING FUN! It is RULE #1 in our program.

Toddlers 3 – 6yrs  Saturdays 10:30 – 11:00

6 Classes $50+gst

Focus on fun and functional movement
The basic CrossFit movements will be incorporated into activities and games fashion rather than traditional “skill work”
There will be no “loading” in toddler sessions (no weight)
20-30 min classes
Presence of a parent during this class is required.

Kids 6 – 13+ yrs Mondays & Fridays from 4:30 – 5:15 

November 2nd – December 18th (no class on Nov 27)
Mondays & Friday 4:30- 5:15

Rates: Members & 3 or more children / Non-Members
7 weeks $100 / 125+gst
10 Pass $100 / $130 +gst (expires Dec. 18/15)
5 Pass $62.50 / $70 +gst (expires Dec. 18/15)
Drop In $12 / $17 +gst

Focus on fun and functional movement
Warmup, skill work (focus on squat, deadlift, pushup and press), 5-10 min WOD, and 5-10 min GAME!!
There will be loads but no weights unless approved by the coach
Discussion on topics relevant to health and wellness such as nutrition, proper choices, teamwork, education, sports, etc.
