Power Sport Athletics

Athlete development program

320 Circle Dr. St. Albert at CrossFit Edmonton

Power Sports Athletics is lead by well-educated and knowledgeable strength and conditioning coaches in the field. As collegiate athletes, Kinesiology majors, and veteran coaches, we provide a unique and highly successful program for athletes looking to be a step above their competitors fitness levels.

The priority of our strength and conditioning program is to develop strong and explosive athletes with the ability to transfer these skills over into their competitive sport. We focus on holding proper positions while under stress and fatigue, developing quick change of direction, and correcting poor mechanics. Power athletes who excel in quick starts, lateral movement, and efficient deceleration will noticeably dominate their competition.

Committed athletes who attend on a regular basis, will advance into their pre-season among the top of their peers as fast, powerful, and efficient athletes.
