What is CrossFit Edmonton?

CrossFit Edmonton is a core strength and conditioning program that utilizes effective training methods such as weightlifting, body weight exercises and cardio-vascular exercises eg: running and rowing to generate high levels of fitness. Our program caters to beginner, intermediate and advanced participants by way of individualizing each work out and offering ongoing coaching to each participant.

Adult Group Classes:

Our adult group program offers a convenient time for anyone to train.  View schedule here.

CrossFit Mamas & Papas:

  • CrossFit Edmonton also offers an option for parents of small children.  Mamas & Papas is a chance for parents to come in for the workout of the day while their children play in the gated area.

Pro – Fit Classes

  • Boxing Class Tuesday evenings at 7:15pm

CrossFit Kids

  • The CFK program is in existence to introduce children to the benefits of functional movement in a safe, healthy and FUN environment.
